I have been trying to eat a lot healthier and trying to get a lot more exercise lately. Of course I am quite busy and so it is not very easy for me to work out as much as I should. I have been getting a lot more vegetables lately. A friend of mine from work showed me a web page which sells organic products in Singapore over the Internet and delivers them to your home. I am not really at home as much as I would like so I have them deliver it to my office some of the time. That is a lot more convenient because there is always someone there to sign for it and you do not have to leave the food sitting in the hall outside of my apartment. I am not thinking that I could trust all of my neighbors to leave it sitting there. The exercise is something that I am working on and my goal is to start out by losing around ten pounds. I need to lose a good bit more than that, but ten pounds seems a lot easier to get rid of than 15 or 20 pounds would be. So I am thinking that I want a goal that I can achieve rather easily and after I get there I can think about the rest of the weight and how I can get rid of it. I was thinking that it would be a lot of exercise just to take the stairs to my office and to my apartment. I live on the 12th floor of my building and I have walked it before out of necessity. It is a very great amount of exercise and if you did it every day of the week, that would really add up.
